DOP Canino - 750 ml

The extra-virgin olive oil "D.O.P. Canino" is an oil made exclusively from the variety Canino, coming from olive groves by members certified to produce the DOP CANINO oil. Certification "D.O.P. CANINO" is an additional guarantee for the consumer, in fact the entire production process adheres to a strict discipline followed by an organoleptic and chemical exam, in order to check the nutritional qualities, which are essential for the certification of "Canino DOP". An oil with excellent organoleptic properties, with intense green colour, provides a good balance between bitter and spicy, with aftertaste of aromatic herbs. Its aroma is wrapping with the smell of fresh fruit. It is excellent for seasoning bruschetta, soups, salads, vegetable dishes and grilled meats.
